The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for supporting and engaging with personalized routines, including the use of hoists, completing daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for the clients.

Pay rates dependant on the client successful candidates are placed with - between £15-£19 per hour. Specific package details can be discussed during screening calls, so please submit your application if you are interested in exploring further. You ideally will have at least 6-12 months experience supporting individuals with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Supporting and engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists Completing daily living activities, including person hygience and mobility.
